Subscribed, but still can't download in Help WinCustomize Forums

Hi, I tried emailing support, but got an email error. I recently resubscribed, but when browsing the site, it still tells me I'm a past subscriber, and I'm not allowed to download anything. Can any of the staff help me with this? Thank you.
