I am playing as a custom race based on the Trandals (Star Control races). However the Drengin in this dialogue think we are Humans ... and there is a "repeat" in text?
skywalkerhogie
Galciv4 ! Working on trying to beat the missions thus far ... on the Korath mission where everyone hates me and is declaring war constantly.
I was playing the Contagion mission ... I was the germ ! No idea where the Robots idea came from!
What does this mean? The tooltip doesn't seem like english (I'm Korath)
And Drath think they are robots? lol
Oh no not again ... probably throughout the entire codebase ...
Oh no ... another one ...
Someone in the Dev team needs to take spelling lessons ... perhaps the QA tester also! " Integrate " not "Intergrate)
I guess he is entitled to identify as anything he wants?!
A new playable Civ?! :) This could be the best DLC yet!
Nice update ... it would be nice to have a real treat and to give some extra playable "Races" in a patch for those who purchased the Species Pack ... this might be a way of resurrecting this DLC and improving Stardocks reputation somewhat ... the rest of the community seem to agree with me that the DLC was particularly poor value for most players :(
Slightly *frumple* there were no pre-designed playable races with this DLC and lore that goes with them ... ~25mbs of content doesn't seem like much. I understand quite a bit of thought has been put in behind the scenes but it would be nice to see some real cosmetic changes on the outside for those of us who don't like to create new races and prefer to use the ones that Stardock have created. Just my personal opinion ... it was one DLC I was most excited for but am slightly do
Oh! Can't wait to get into this when I get home from work =D
Ouch lol ... I guess that's game over then ... check mate!!!
I couldn't see this "perk" either ... pretended to start a new game as Torians and saw no mention of it?
Those pesky Torians declared war on me ... I was losing for a long time but eventually managed to fight back ... the moment I conquered their homeworld every single faction in the game declared war on me at the same time?! Is this normal? I've never had this happen to me in Galciv3 or Galciv4 (before Supernova)
Research Universal Translator [e digicons][/e]
I reckon you should include campaign in the base game, and try to make it good - rich with lore! This will no doubt help fuel sales for the game as some people are really into the lore / story and less into the actual game play.
Haha adding ground combat ... might as well add the "Ashes of the Singularity" IP to Galciv [e digicons]XD[/e]

I like the fact that thought it being put into the planet screen ... it all seems a little dull currently and the citizens sit around doing not a lot ... I definitely like the idea of getting them involved in the game a bit more ... and possibly a future DLC could revolve around these citizens having certain personality traits and special events? :)
That' s right - but why shouldn't the original release be transferable to steam via steam key also? That's what I was trying to convey!
Because the original version doesn't exist on Steam and likely never will. Only the Supernova version exists on Steam.
Awesome! I already had the base game on Epic. Ironically it was cheaper for me to firstly upgrade Supernova on Epic and then port the whole lot to Steam. As opposed to immediately buying Supernova on Steam.
