Greetings friends! I was browsing the WindowBlinds section and came across some themes with "Amiga OS' in the name. I thought that might've been the creators personal name for it. However I had second thoughts and was curious so I went and did a google search thinking it wouldn't point to something real, but was I wrong. AmigaOS was a real thing! 1985 jeez.. I can't believe I've never heard of this OS but then again this was before my time. The graphical interface looks amazing. Most

After looking, and looking, trying different combinations of everything I finally came up with something that made me extremely happy and that I'm going to stick with especially since it looks like Linux a little bit. :)

Hi, I use the default theme, "The Captain' a lot to resemble the look of Mac OS. I just read an article about Mac OS Mojave's new dark theme and thought that the Captain theme looked the best if changed accordingly. Is it possible to perhaps create a duplicate of this theme and edit it to create a dark version? I thought it would be interesting to create a Windows version of this and release it here on Wincustomize for everyone to enjoy. Expeciall

I've downloaded and installed some IP themes and a lot of them only change a few icons and everything else is either it's default or just plain white. The icons shown in the preview images look like they're complete. I have no idea what's going on. https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/iconpackager/825/ https://www.wincustomize.co

I was going for trying to make my Windows machine like Linux but I found a theme that looks exactly like Windows 98. So I went with this instead. I mean it looks fantastic! I was only a year old when this OS came out and never had the chance to use it. For some reason I actually like the look of this better a lot more than the design of Windows 10. All of this was found here on WinCustomize. What do you guys think? <a href="https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowbli

Greetings friends! I was using Ubuntu Mate, and looking at Raspbian OS on a Raspberry Pi. I love the old look to what Linux looked like years ago. Are there any WB & IP themes that look close to this? Thanks for reading :) <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/68/75/6875242/15ec1cf7-951b-4da9-b7f7-53143

Greetings, I'm completely new to creating themes and have decided to give it a shot. How would I that looks similar to the following images provided below. Any advice or tips on how to do this? Thanks for reading :) Note: Yes I know this is from Winaero Tweaker but I'd like to make a replica for WB. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/68/75/6875242/0e087c4e-87c2-4b35-a69f-c019673465e8.png" alt="" width=

Greetings, I usually try to only download files for any of Stardocks programs from Wincustomize however I was interested in some stuff on Deviantart. Can a IconPackager file contain malicious code especially since IconPackger needs system level access to change the system icons? Thanks for reading :)

Hi, This software does a good job of replicating the old Windows 8 Start Menu. Has anyone used or heard of this software before and is it safe? https://www.iobit.com/en/iobit-winmetro.php

Hi, I got a good collection of wallpapers from this site. I was wondering if you guys knew any other good sites that have wallpapers and if possible ones that are under a "free and or CC" license. Thanks! :)

The ability to get software to customize the look and feel of your computer is such an amazing thing. I used Stardocks software to bring some of the look from Windows 7 alive however there was so much more I was missing out on. I actually got classic windows apps that everyone remembers using back in the day, I sure do. I am definitely keeping my machine this way, I freaking love it. I was using UltraUXThemePatcher themes but it was more of a "try and see how it is" type of thing and I couldn

I haven't had any issues with it so far. The themes integrate very well with my system. I uninstalled WindowBlinds just to be safe. But it's always available to me if I decide to install it again. I even used a program called "Winaero Tweaker" to get the old Windows Photo Viewer back and a whole bunch of other cool stuff. </p
