Dang! I missed that. Wow, that works pretty good. Well, I could dump a whole bunch of adjectives into this message. I hope it's enough to say, this is why I've been on Object Desktop subscriber since before WB 1.0 was released. This is truly fine software supported by an awesome user community. I haven't yet read all the other responses. But thanks to everyone! -Legume Lad

Hi, I hope someone cal help me find a skin I'd like to have... Here's a shot showing the skin AeroGlass V5's taskbar with about 20% transparency setting in WB Config: Without having to create it myself, I'd really like to have a skin that's otherwise like AeroGlass but which provides windowframes with this kind of transparency, which I guess for lack of a better term at the moment, I'd call

Well, the subject says it all... most... Clicking buttons has no effect; typing numbers has no effect. Seems like some event vampire is absorbing all the hits. Unloading WindowFX immediately restores proper calculator function. Windows XP SP2; Dell Dimension 8200; 1GB RAM; 14GB free on partition size of about 40GB; tons of stuff installed. Since WB is also running, here's the system info from there: WindowBlinds 5.0 System Informa

I purchased Otaku Software's TopDesk last week. The "flip3d" task switcher that it provides (it also provides choices to tile or cascade the window thumbnails) works almost as well as the one Vista provides. The problem is that it displays most WB-skinned windows sans titlebars, heck, sans frames. Although possibly Otaku & Stardock could collaborate on a mechanism to prevent this, integration into either WindowFX or Windowblinds would make f

Hello all... After ObjectEdit, DriveScan is the ObjectDesktop component that I invoke the most... however... Drivescan does one thing that puts me in the position of spending a few minutes to prepare to use it before actually using it. Namely, if I scan a drive that contains user profiles, each of which will have a NetHood folder, it will recurse into any reachable directories for which it finds

Not here- I'm running the WB5 release (Build 49), and the June release of WindowFX. WB is running KoL's VistaXP Skin v3.0 in Glass Beta 2 style. When windows open, the titlebars and windowframes are not skinned. They become skinned after dragging the window. I have the basic swaying window animation active for smaller windows. When I grab the titlebar and drag it around, the windowframe doesn't sway along with thhe window content r

Hello, My Radeon 9600 is working well with WB5 RC1, and I'm looking forward to the WindowsFX update. I'm just now transitioning from WB 3.51 to WB5 (I tried 4 a few times but, well, long story) and I'm pleased that even legacy skins are working, even my crappy illegal skins. I also note that just about every skin I've tried works fine with the Direct-Skinned ATI Catalyst control center. HOWEVER, I'm not getting the glass transparency from Kol's VistaXP skin; instead, its
