Stardock ForumsThe answer is actually pretty simple to get round this nonsense as I recently did; use a free VPN service and make sure you place the order using a US ip… sorted.

I was sent an email offer for the Start 11 upgrade for $3.99. When order placed it converted it £4.99 (!). What gives?
