newby questions in Galactic Civilizations Series Stardock Forums

greets, folks - got galcivII a couple days ago - have played one game on simple level. (won it, at least) but there's a lot of fog. -how do I make a mining starship? -where is the printed info? (audio went out on my computer, so the videos are not as helpful as you would think) that's enough for a start. I am a veteran of many 4x games (e.g. civ I through VI) so I just need the data to work with.
