Thank you guys i tried to re-install the uxstyle and it worked... I was thinking about all of this and when I came back on the UxStyle site I saw that it clearly stated "UxStyle_sep23_x86_x64_possibly_bugged" so i think it was one of it bugs :( In the case of Windows 7 I realized that some themes that I had installed before were for W7 Sp1 I made windows update AFTER installing the themes ... my bad guys ... are all awesome and very helpful ^^ Good to know that themespa

Sorry guys my bad :( Im using Windows 8 Single Language Original.Im using windows blind 10 trial version but its not with any theme activated(Default theme)This problem happens in any Theme that i use. I tried test in Windows 8(all)and windows 7(all) but the cause to me remains a mistery...
