AV detecting Trojan in TweakVista & 7 Stardock Forums

I recently renewed my Object Desktop, and went to download/install all of the programs I could via Impulse. When I went to run DesktopX, my AV picked up a trojan (named TrojWare.Win32.TrojanDropper.Delf.SK@29348035) and I chose to remove the object - which made DesktopX unusable, after which I uninstalled it. I then went to run TweakVista, and I got the same warning - however this time a little fast twitch caused me to click on ignore instead of remove. All I want to know,
