When apply windowblinds or DesktopX, all users will see ? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I've got WInXP, if i use one of the programs... Does every user see the theme etc that i use ? Is the start up / log on screen changed to when i use on off the apps. or can i choose that those 2 screens are untouched ?
