You will find a log file in: My Documents > my games > Offworld > Logs > output.txt Posting this as well should help. Also, the min requirements list DirectX 11, but I'm not the one to tell you if that's the issue or not.

I think the real current issue IS the tutorials. I had to walk a friend through them. He said if he had done it alone, he wouldn't have a clue how to play the game afterwards. Said it jumped from baby steps in the 1st tutorial (which doesn't show you where to go to buy buildings) to a full game in the 2nd without really explaining much. If Early Access is about getting more people to play test the game, then the tutorial should be a large focus. I've seen too
