Can't seem to get rid of the blue backgound... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

This may be a stupid question, but I just downloaded Windowblinds Enhanced and also a woodworks skin. Everything looks great, until I open a folder, where in Windows XP there is the blue vertical bar that encompasses the "file and folder tasks" choices and so on. I don't know the proper name for it. How can I get that area's color changed to reflect the wood theme? I've perused the display properties, and also the Windowblinds settings, but have yet to stumble upon anything that changes
