Are the purchased engineers not carrying over from week to week now? I know in the past they did. The campaign game I did yesterday did not carry them over. Thank you, Zandrof

I logged on to see the new changes. I love the new UI. It is really flashy. I looked all over the place and could not find out how to buy stock. I ended up losing my mission because I was just not able to buy. Am i missing something or is this a bug?? Thank you, Zandrof
