ting AI to move away ships seems to be working but is a bit strange as it gives a diplomacy penalty if requested independently how the AI reacts. Can the AI refuse and does this automatically mean a declaration of war? Not clear from desc. Does the player risk war when requesting it?
The AI doesn't like being told what to do regardless of whether or not they comply with your request. The AI can refuse if they are unfriendly with you (or worse). &nb

In the last patch, even if I was on good terms, they'd just keep a bunch of ships parked in my space.
We haven't addressed that, yet you can now tell them to get out there :)
hmmm... sorry for yet another post, but on reflection, didn't this exact same issue happen for some people about 9 or 10 years ago with a GalCiv II update? I seem to recall missing ship and planet icons being an issue before. let me search the forum archives quickly..... OK, here is a similar post (DirectX 9.0C) from June 2006 <a href="https://forums.stardock.com/118200/page
Thanks for the additional information. Stuck turns can be tricky to reproduce.
Same problem here, is there any news on a fix for this?
I noticed that the AI has to spend much less on endorsements than the player does. On tough difficulty my opponent was able to keep up with my endorsements with less than half of the PR clout generation. This makes sense for a harder difficulty, but when I backed up to normal difficulty I noticed the AI was still getting endorsements for less PR clout. I feel normal difficulty should have an equal footing when it comes to this. I had to spend 70 PR clout for my end
Thanks. We know about this and will be addressing soon.
Minimap work fines until I go through wormhole then it follows my survey ship, and it won't come back making it useless.
Can you be more specific on the problem? If I jump through a wormhole and then (say) click on my home world the mini-map updates correctly.
