In terms of the structure of the tournament, how do we handle tanking? That is, if there are two team New World players in a game, is there an incentive for one to let the other buy them out, in order to avoid letting team Old World get Points?
Then maybe Team Americas? Or Team Colonies (since Dermas is in New Zealand)? Or maybe Old World vs. New World?
I'd be down for this! I'm Karzac on Steam and I'm Canadian. Would be nice if we thought of a name other than "Team America" though.

I've experienced a bug in a few multiplayer games where the clock will stop and the game will freeze. The animations and sound effects continue and I can move the view around, but no information (time, prices, cash) gets updated. The concede button even stops working - Ctrl/Alt/Del is the only way to exit! Any ideas for a fix?
Since the addition of the new black market items in Beta 4, what was once a simple system has gotten pretty complicated. There's now a whole bunch of effects: some are defensive, some are offensive; some have cooldowns, some don't; some give you one use, some give you two; some Scientific is protected against, some they aren't. I think the point about counterplay is a good one and the Scavenger and Scientific powers are probably a contributor to the lack of it, but I'd like to point out something else: Black Market pricing. The way Black Market prices work right now limits their potential as a catch-up mechanic since the player in the lead will al
