No, standby still doesn't work, so I have to boot into XP whenever I leave my computer on as a PVR. All my drivers are WHQL, so it's quite baffling. I am beginning to suspect that WHQL doesn't mean a thing, given that even Nvidia's current garbage got WHQL.
64-bit is the future, obviously, and I foresee having 4GB of RAM in a year or two. 64-bit Vista also has better DEP support and PatchGuard. WindowsFX will hopefully come into its own, as it now has a decent graphics system to work with and the default Vista animations are pretty subdued. If not for Stardock theming, I'd be using a Linux desktop permanently. Microsoft should give them more than Gold status!
