Ok, I've been having this game awhile and just started really trying to learn it this past weekend. So, what I've been doing is rushing to find as many heroes/champions as I can find and settle cities/outposts quickly. Now the problem is the way I handle my units. Usually I roll around with a single stack of maybe 3 heroes and as many trained units as the stack can hold. Now, am I supposed to have one hero in a group with trained units? I cannot get Galciv II to load on Vista. All I get is a black box when I click on the executable. I'm using a Panasonic Toughbook CF-50, 1gb RAM, ATI Express 64mb vidcard. I guess I could always install the original GalCiv and try that.
