It worked!! Thanks! Very cool. And it seems very clear that Fences simply does not work when there is no desktop background image assigned, at least for my system. At any rate, everything seems to working great when i use a background. Thanks for the help!

Sounds like precisely what I ran into... (in reference to post above..) For what it's worth, this laptop has an nVidia Quadro NVS 140M, and is running driver version 177.92, which I have found to be quite good drivers. I've also tried Fences with versions 174.93, 175.70, 176.04, and 178.24, none of which made a difference. This laptop is connected to a docking station with which I utilize a dual-display setup when I am at the office, but I have not tested Fences u

No, sadly... The transparency and labels settings have no bearing on whether the fences appear or not. I've tried changing every setting that I can find.

Greetings All, So, I eagerly installed Fences given the chance, as it seems pretty cool... But, I've got a bit of a problem, and it seems fairly unique. My fences are invisible! I can move them, resize them, put icons in them and move them in groups... but I can't see them at all. I am also running Windowblinds, WindowFX, ObjectDock, and RightClick at the same time... but I've tried disabling all of them and it doesn't make a difference... I've update
