I'm experiencing the same issue. During campaign mode, I cannot buy stock in my own company or any other company. Even though I have enough money, the + icon doesn't increase ownership in my company. Any ideas guys? Note: This previously worked, and stopped working on a recent update.
I just bought the game today, and noticed that the AI will often found their base on top of resources. Does founding base on top of resources yield access to them? If so, do you gain access to 100% of the items your base sits on top of? Also, what is the impact if you don't have an engineer for that resource (where normally you could not build that specific building)? Also, once you found your base is it possible to further survey the land, or are you stuck with
