For some reason I'm not able to update GalCiv from SDC. My friend has his working but mine is not :( I start up SDC and go to the software tab and I'm expecting to see that there will be an available version to download (1.02). But no, there is not. Is there any chance that menu's that pop up that only have one button for example could be auto-closed with the Enter key instead of having to use the mouse all the time. I find it a pain to have to move the mouse over to the button all the time when these dialogue boxes pop up (especially when I accidently drive ships into anomolies and stuff like that). Also 2 other things I'd like to see. 1) When resources get covered with star bases they no longer show up on the big strag

I posted this under the bug reports in the Forum but for those who want to take advantage of it, here goes what happened to me. I created a Terror Star that was only moving 1 space at a time. I placed several Ranger ships with it and clicked to make them all a fleet. This fleet still only moved 1 square at a time. I later saved the game and came back and reloaded. Lo and behold, the whole fleet including the Terror Star now had the movement of my Ranger ships (9 or so spaces pe

I didn't exactly read thru all the posts here so this bug may have already been reported by someone else but here goes: I created a Terror Star and placed several Ranger class ships on top of it while I was moving it around the galaxy. I placed the Terror Star and the Ranger ships into a 'fleet' to move them all easier. I then saved the game after moving the Terror Star about 20 spaces. Then I came back and reloaded and low and behold, the whole fleet including the Terror Star
