Reply to FAQ: SDCentral registration and other issues in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I'm having a problem logging into the stardock servers, I get an error message saying "Your Stardock.net account (email) has failed to log on to the Stardock Central servers. Since you are not currently logged on to the server you will be unable to install or view any updates that are available." I have downloaded the latest RC1 version of Stardock Central. I know my email and password information is correct, I've tried reinstalling and everything I can think of. Any
