Hmmm... I would disagree with a few from my experiences lately. Fallen is one of the best players I've seen - Tier 1 if not tier 0. Uncrust - Tier 1 I would say Vaphe is also better than practically everyone in tier 2, so.. tier 1? Are you missing Army of Mushrooms? He is probably tier 2... Just from the top of my head from a quick flick through.
