Thanks Neil. I have Start10 set to Windows 10 style. The Win 10 issue is a bit more canny - after Reset everything works fine. At some point later (can be a few hours of activity), both the Start Menu and the Notifications panel stop responding to Left Click or Windows key; Right Click continues to work fine.

I installed Start10 on my Windows 10 system, after I started experiencing problems with the Windows 10 menu not opening. But I have the same problem with Start10 - when I click on the Start10 button, nothinh happens. What to do?
