Adding a new custom faction allows me to scroll so the new factions don't appear to be hidden in that sense

In the game when I go to make a custom faction, I can see all the ship designs and all the new backgrounds and all the new leader heads, but only 4 new factions are available for section. Korx are a previous custom faction I made myself as a throw back to GalCiv2. Do pre-existing custom factions throw any spanners in the works?

Only 4 of your races are appearing for me. I've gone over the installation process a few times now but I can't get the rest to appear in game. Any ideas?
