I just downloaded DesktopScapes yesterday and this is exactly what happen to me. Black screen and than I checked under the ? mark and see exactly this message. How to fix this. I try to apply a new background and nothing happens at all. Kathryn.

:) YES, learned this after I just purchased it! So far so good! I have to learn now about it all. Lots of stuff. That isn't to bad of a price. If I don't subscribe when my year ends, this does not mean I will lose what I have correct? Thanks.
