Neil: I'm stuck with a tablet PC that also has a 915 chipset and would like to get something better than plain Vista Basic. So, are you saying that you tried this workaround to getting Aero? If so, what DID you get as a result? Did you then go back to Vista basic? Would like to know what happened before I start hacking the registry. Thanks

Can't add skins to the WindowBlinds list in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

I recently built a new WinXP box and am now trying to get Windowblinds v5 to run. I start it using Stardock Central, and it appears to launch OK. But when I try to scroll through the list to get to the Copperdeck2 skin, it doesn't show up in the list! I've confirmed that it's in Program Files\Windowblinds\CopperDeck2wb5\ folder. I've even tried downloading it to WB, the program then claims a new skin has been installed, but it names it "" and doesn't add it to the list.&n
