I have fences 3. how do i keep it activated? now i have 2 enter the product code every time.

Fences won't start when Win 10 starts in Fences Stardock Forums

I have deleted the old version of fences and downloaded and installed ver. 2.13. In spite of this, when Win 10 starts fences does not. If I run the exe with Administrator privileges it runs fine, otherwise not. What gives?
