Altarian Prophecy...when will it be available for download? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Hello... I was wondering when Altarian Prophecy will be available for download to those who paid for such in advance? Is the game delayed...if so, what are the reasons? I'm just looking for info. here---> if there are bug- fixes going on, then I'm all for releasing a product that is as bug- free as possible. Pls. advise, and thanks in advance :)
