Also you can hover over a "build building" button (the one next to the resource it produces) and see expected revenue, in $/second.

Just a small thing. It's a bit annoying to have to manually mouse over all the resources one at time to find out their offworld prices, and keeping the information in your head to compare them. It would be easier if you could see all offworld prices at once somehow when you mouse over the Offworld Market.

In my experience "supply and demand" have a huge impact on the game. For example, when I sell steel the price goes down and it becomes cheaper for other players to buy the steel they need for the next upgrade. In practice, they buy steel from me instead of a neighboring colony. If i didn't sell my steel those other players would have to make more money to be able to afford it. I think this would make a huge difference in finding people, especially for getting larger games together. So far I've only managed to play 1v1 against other people, I would love it if 4-way games were easier to arrange.
