I wasnt aware of this. All along I thought that if you was able to rate then you was able to see the ratings. Thankx for clearing that out pictoratus I guess is up to an Admin to explain how this works.

Im a little confused my self Jachyra. You stated that you was able to rate skins. A person that has the option of rating should also have the option of viewing that rates and the filter settings. If you cant see either the rates or the filter settings, then I dont see how you can rate. As WOM said, email T-Man and find out if your settings and options are correct.

That is so true. Ratings should be given after taking under account all aspects of the design and ONLY the design and consciously give the rating that you feel it deserves. By giving a rating because you like the artist or because you feel sorry for the artist or because that artist gave you a good rating on one of your designs, etc. You are not been true to your self, you are not been true to the rating system and you are not been true to the artist you are rating. Great post Chris. I remember when I got my copy of Bryce and created my 1st metal sphere over an ocean plain with a little mountain in the background. I thoght I was Bryce 'God' But as you said, some people wont go any further than the primitives and preset images, textures and plains. I find WindowBlinds to be more time consuming since it's divided in two parts. 1) Creating the designs of each part and 2) setting the codes for positions, lengths, widths, etc. Icons work the same, and like Weaksid said, you need to make a lot of them to cover all the programs. Cursors are sets of a consistence number of images [not as many as an Icon Pack] Wallpapers for the most part are much easier to make, and you have a greater number of people making wallpapers as oppose to th
