So far I have found 8 of my Logons. All of them submited by someone name REDsun with an email addy sthan70@msn .com None of the designs are credited to me, but yet they used my original screenshot > This freaking idiot has 125 designs in his gallery and none of them are his. This s**t really burns me up > ><img s
@ GM. Thank you and a Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
According to my monitor, vid card and my display properties, I can go as high as 2048 X 1536. But currently Im set on 1152 X 864
I just came across this website which is displaying my Epoch skin aswell as a few other skins/designs from other artists. I have not uploaded any skin or design to that site nor granted any permission to have my skin displayed there. The design its credited to me but I never consented on having it there. What do you people think? Website >>> http://www.soulgreece.com/ [Message Edited]
Also, if the second drive is a 'slave' drive, make sure the jumper/s on the back are set correctly and after you install it, double check the BIOS to make sure the drive is detected.
Thank you XP Crazy for this post. I think it's a mutual benefit for both the skinners and the users. As a skinner I thank all those that find my work appealing and comment on them. As a user I thank all those artists/skinners that devote their time to create and share their work with all of us. I tip off my hat to all of yous. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/bigsmile.gif" border=0 ALIGN
Happy B/day IR. This and the many more to come I guess is that time again to change the batteries of the hearing-aid, change the water in the glass for the false teeth, go up another layer on the reading glasses, g
I have not experience any problems uploading. It might be the server. But in any case, verify that the name of your design/skin only has alpha numeric symbols [A-Z, a-z, 1-0]
OK, just making sure I wasn’t seen things. The heat has the tendency to do that
Isnt that scorpion in the wallpaper library here @ WC?

Ok. It took me the entire night last night and the entire day today to do everything I wanted to do with my PC. I did a major upgrade to it and I'm giving away my old hard disk. That is the reson why I wanted to wipe out the entire disk. The Killdisk program I got from China's link did the job, but just to make sure, I also used WipeDrive. I tried to look for a file to 'low-level' the disk but I couldnt find any in the WD site. I did a (1) pass overwrite with Killdisk and a (3) pass
Thankx for the link China.... I like the blow torch idea better
Anyone knows how to delete/format a hard disk. I could format it with the boot disk, but I want to compleately erase every bit of information in it. In other words, I want to leave the disk as if it just came out of the box I know there was a thread about this not long ago, but I cant find it > Thankx
I wanna be Level 5
The only acceptable reason for stop skinning is 'death'
WOM, I hope T-Man doesnt peek into my account
It's good to read that you are sticking to skinning and nice to see your work back in the library. Jafo said it best. Skin for your self. Sharing your work is your decition and our enjoyment. I think I'll follow Pixstudio's steps and go commercial <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/jokegrim.g
Leonhart, look at skinning as you would look at fashion. In the 70's bellbottoms and butterfly collars was all that every designer made, that doesnt mean they were stealing ideas from eachother. Skining is the same thing. Glass, metal and plastic style buttons and bars are what people like. There is nothing wrong with borrowing ideas as long as you dont copy the original. I learn to skin by looking at the work of great artists such as Treetog, Adni, Mormegil, DuoPixel... just to name a
I check his website often. I guess he must be real busy, but I'll love to see his work here again.
