Actually wallpapers are not 'skins' altho' they add a nice decoration to the desktop. Any graphic program is good to make them depending on the skill and imagination of the author. Skining is a little more tricky and time consuming. Winamp skins will be a good place to start and get the feeling of image creation and resizing combined with a little coding. Ok now that the problem was solved. I need a little help my self. My cousin bought a hard disk (WD Caviar 40 GB) about 8 months and all of the sudden it got stuck. Is there any way to get a stuck disk to run again, other than smashing it against the floor?

When switching or installing a new hard disk, make sure the BIOS recognize the size of the new disk also make sure to format the new disk prior to installing the OS. Also, I dont think installing Win 98 and Me in a 1Gb disk is a good idea as you will leave practically no free space to install/run any mayor programs.

I totally agree. They fall more under the category of abstract or 3D but since those 2 options are not on the drop menu I think they should be placed under "General" but then again thats up to the author to choose the category before uploading.
