There is no winamp skin created for the G-Pod theme, however there are few winamp skins that complement the theme rather well. To install the G-Pod suite you'll need the WinStyle program which you can get here -> https://www.stardock.com/products/winstyles/ Once you've installed the program, download the G-Pod suite and the program will install all the application skins (provided you have all the programs eg. WindowBlinds, LogonStudio, BootSkin, Winamp, WMP, SysMetrix, etc)

Any graphic program will do. I use PS7 to create the images and CoolIcon Editor to turn them into .ico format. Each author has his/her unique way to create them [Message Edited]

If you want to apply an entire theme (in this case the Iboni theme) you'll need WinStyle which you can get here -> https://www.stardock.com/products/winstyles/ BUT in order for WinStyle to apply all the skins contained in the suite, you'll need to download and install the application program for each skin.
