After update to 6.52 six days ago, my desktop has often become unusable. I try to drag a file from the desktop to a folder on the desktop and it does not move even if I wait for 3 minutes. I have to cut and paste to make the move. I have 529 icons on my desktop which are spread across two screens of a three screen machine, but it has only behaved like this since I upgraded to 6.52. I have a Fences6_setup.exe file dated March 6 2026. Is it safe to install

I have Fences 4 v4.22 and received a notification that Fences 4 v4.23 is available. I would like to know if this will convert Fences 4 to a subscription-based product, like later versions. Thanks.
