Hello, When ctrl click an MS app like Word, Excel, etc... it wants to go in safe mode, but does not open and group automatically. Is there a workaround or trick to make it happen ? Thanks a lot for your help

Hi again, so I am working on setting up my new admin account for the last 3 hours..... Now I figured out, what the problem was. It was a simple setting in System/Advanced settings/Visual Effects. Just turn the red marked function off and it works fine.
