The problem for me is related to a windows update KB5022913 on 2-14-23. If I install this update, my taskbar at the top is about a 1/4" from the top of the screen........if I uninstall this Windows update, all goes back to normal and correct. I checked and the KB update does the same to previous versions of Start 11 too. Just updated to the latest version 1.39.1 And after rebooting the taskbar is approx. 5/16" from going all the way to the top of the screen. Yes I restarted explorer. rebooted it again. uninstalled it, rebooted, reinstalled it and got the same problem. Moving it to the bottom and then back didn't fix it either..... <
