This issue still exists in patch 1.11. And I think that +1 Morale for every conquered planet is too much. Maybe +0.1 or +0.2 would be more balanced, so that the Eager trait just counteracts Large Empire penalty.

I have the same issue in patch 1.03. My colonies get the +25% bonus to Manufacturing from the Unforgiving perk but I don't find the this project anywhere. Maybe this is just a misleading text?
Are you sure they are not there? I had the same "problem" in 1.03. The cube is there, just VERY faint. I only noticed it only after the sun went down :)
Hello, in my game (patch 1.03) the Drengin declared war on a minor civilization even though the Galactic Peace treaty form the UP is active (the option to declare war is greyed out in my dialogue options). Also, none of the other wars between the races stopped. I guess these are bugs?
Hello, when you research the "Research Treaty" you get the trade option "Slave Brokering". Even though PhD students are often treated as slaves, I think this name is highly misleading. Why not just call it, hmm, "Research Treaty" (similar to the Cultural Treaty)? By googleing I found that this has been an issue since the beta, which has not been addressed up to now (patch 1.03). Any reason for this?
Hello, is there any advantage of building an Irdium Store rather than a Free Market? Both give the same benefits (+10%Gross Income and Influence), but the Iridium Store cost 45 Production instead of just 30 for the Free Market. Also, the Iridium Store is more costly to maintain (0.5 compared to 0.3 for Free Market).
