Adam, So DS 11 installed fine on a Sandbox... So how do i proceed, please. I just have a Synology NAS - nothing fancy in my configuration and DS is the only app that will not install. I've even shut off the Diskstation and I still get error that D: does not exist! I've even purged my system of all Stardock apps and gone through the registry to delete any references to "Stardock" and "Deskscapes" and DS will NOT install. This is very frustrating.

I have tried Media Foundation and both Direct Show Options; installed K-Lite codec pack at suggestion of Tech Support, nothing made a difference. Am running latest version of Win 10 Pro Here is the registry settings prior to changing dream (screen is currently black) <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/47/27/472767
Verified my display scale is at 100%, ran DSPurge, rebooted and reinstalled DS - same issues, no preview of selected dream and screen background now black.
