Problem with Windowblinds download. Help! in WindowBlinds Stardock Forums

I downloaded window blinds about 10 mins ago and it already charged me for it but it's not the "instant download" what I mean is it's not showing up in the download section. I am starting to think that Stardock is a Scam. Please tell me its not other wise I just spent $19.95 on some scammer and have absolutely no way to get it back...and I don't have any other money to try it again. PLEASE HELP MEEEE!!!!!!! andrew
