Is it possible to pin apps to taskbar on secondary monitors in start11?

It is now July 2015, any idea when this will be fixed? I know windows 2012 isn't your primary market but with 10 out it may become more of your market, and you do list it as one of the options for start8 so it would be great if all the options on the start menu worked.
