I was just wondering if that was a thing and there you go asking the question for me. My opinion on this is that you should either acquire all of their debt (causing your stock to plummet) or (and I would like to mention that this is my preference) make it so that you have to "buy them out" of their debt in order to buy them out. Also can you provide link for the game you mentioned?
