Is there a definitive manual for LiteStep? I realize there are endless possibilities but I would like to take the time to check them all out and was wondering if there is such a thing as a "step-by-step" guide. Thanks.

It's very strange. When I try to open anything now it just says it can't be found. Maybe I should just uninstall OE and re-install it?

Can anybody tell me what this is? For some reason, I can't open anything anymore. I'm getting an error message saying "oe.exe" cannot be found. Thanks.

Wow! Talisman looks good. Nextstart themes look great. LiteStep looks cool. How does one decide? And I'm sure to get more opinions coming soon. And thanks guys for all the info.

Everybody talks about Shell Replacement! It sounds good and I was wondering which is the best? I am currently using Win98. I keep hearing about how some are so much better than what we're "given". Thanks.

I think that's my problem. I did change the theme and that's when it started. As soon as bring down the "Tools" and click on "WebBlinds Settings" it immediately locks up IE.
