On the 27th of June, the same day I bought the game, I contacted [email protected] to try to get some help with my missing serial number. The next day they asked me to send them scans of the box, manual, receipt, and so on, which I did by the 29th. Since then I've heard nothing. Not even a confirmation that they received the images, and were working on it. I sent a "Hey, what's the status?" email on July 7. STILL nothing!</p
