After I updated to the latest patch, the above problem was resolved. Thanks a lot.

I fixed the issue. Somehow Steam had the game installed on two drives. It was opening the correct Stardock Launcher from the expected/listed drive, but the launcher was opening the game from the other, hidden path (that was still on the old patch).

I tried installing OTC on a very old laptop, and discovered it can connect to multiplayer servers! What's weird is that its version is v1.23.62045, whereas mine is still v23.48495 and unable to connect. I tried moving the files around and I'm still on the old version.

I own Offworld Trading Company and all its DLCs on Steam. After playing for tens of hours on Mars, I wanted to give the Europa Scenarios a try because it was the non-Mars map that interested me the most. Unfortunately, whenever I open the "The Europa Wager" scenarios, I end up with a "No scenarios found" message I have checked and made sure that all the DLCs are installed on Steam. I verified the installation (also using Steam) multiple times, and even tried re-installing, all to no a
