I give up.. I have been trying to download one simple package for over an hour... This is 'simply put' a joke. Ever heard of mirror sites? I am on Cable access at home and OC3 at work and this site is so sucked dry its not even worth visiting, cause you can't DL anything 80% of the time... Depressing.....

Seems as though WinCustomize can't handle the load of users. Past 2 days all I have gotten while trying to enter the Library is: ------------------------ WinCustomize.com Library Maximum connections exceeded. Please try back in a few minutes. ------------------------ Being a Network Engineer/server operator, I know all about bandwidth and server limitations. So an hour or 2, understandable.. 2 days worth.. Down right depressing and getting to be a worthless
I like the layout of the site, plus I am using the WinXP metalic skin for the site layout... I like it so much I would like to 'mock' the layout for my site in the future. Using completely my own images, but the color scheme and layout would almost match if I get it to where I want it. Seeing that it's a 'Skin' for the site, is it fair and legal for me to do this?
