Controlling wormhole entrance/exit? in Sins of a Solar Empire Sins Forums

When creating a map, is it possible to control where a wormhole's entrance and exit is? Im trying to create one that has one end of the wormhole in one system, and the other end in another system. Any way to do this? Side note, I guess both sides could be considered the entrance or exit..
