Why any of the skins's, i downloaded backgrounds dont work.. in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

i downloaded Xcombat, scenic and etc... skins for windowblinds but any of them backgrounds dont work. i cant see.. there is no change at background. why? dont they have backgrounds or i make mistakes. thanks....
