myself and a friend have played through a number of complete games without any serious bugs or issues. It does seem the system is working very well for us! i'd say it would be very nice to have a way to scuttle buildings or ships... We cant figure that out
well, as you may imagine, it is extremely annoying to have some random planets that you cant send starbases to with no good reason.

I just updated (unknowingly, but i did) to the latest version and was pleased (and surprised) to find that the starbase mobilization had been modified to help nerf the fleets sent out with a starbase, and or, titan leading the way.
