I use 'Pin on Top' about every 15 minutes. That, combined with transparency make my life so much nicer. It's the little things... :)
We occasionally get things right around here. ;)
Don't tell me what to do! You're not the boss of me! Seriously, though, it's a good way to get notifications when new stuff comes along. [e digicons][/e]
Merry Christmas!
I'm seeing everything registered to your account properly, so it's possible there was a delay in processing, or perhaps the receipt email got caught by a spam filter somewhere. I apologize for the trouble, in any case, but you should be able to download the software. You can use Stardock Central: https://www.stardock.com/products/stardockcentral/ Or our download page: <a href="http:/

Frankief: Send an email to as well, it's possible you guys are missing a registry entry or something similar that ID is looking for.
Just tried on my test box, and everything seems to be working fine, so the problem may be elsewhere. If the uninstall/reboot/reinstall doesn't help, send an email to and we'll take a deeper look at what might be happening.
My theory is that the alphabet is to blame. If I remember correctly, IconDeveloper needs to be installed AFTER IconPackager in order to properly detect it. If you install them at the same time, ID gets installed first, as it's sorted first. Will investigate, and poke Bara about this if need be. In the meantime, try uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling IconDeveloper and see if that helps.

I'd say it would probably be easier to just download the installers on their own, as that's all SDC is doing. That way you're only dealing with one thing at a time. http://download.stardock.com/

It sounds like you might have some general permissions issues going on. Either that, or possibly security software is getting in the way and blocking part of the installation.

Send an email with as much info as possible to and we'll see about looking deeper at what's going on.
If your software was downloaded directly from the store or via sdc, the trojan wouldn't be in the Fences program. For troubleshooting purposes, does disabling those help at all?
It's possible security software is interfering somehow. Also, do you have any other software that might be hooking into explorer.exe, or doing other system-changing-type things?

If you disable CursorFX by way of the keyboard shortcut (Shift+Ctrl+C), does it still not show in the game? Does this happen with any game, or only certain ones?
