Same Problem here Internet => TP Link TL-R402M Router => My PC Windows XP SP3, Alice-DSL Connection, no firewall active Relevant Ports are forwarded and confirmed open by the portforward.com tool, uPnP is turned off, even tried to put my ip in the DMZ, doesnt do anything.
