pantheon game start problems in Demigod Technical Support Demigod Forums

Well I played pantheon for the first time in a fair while last night. Finding a game was a lot quicker than it has been in the past, and looking at connection info everyone connected to each other quite quickly. Unforutnately after that it went to the loading screen for demigod and just sat there for about 5 minutes. I don't believe the game had crashed, however due to the nature of this screen it's difficult to tell. alt tab, ctrl+alt+delete didn't work,

I guess I'd also say I almost never use Erebus' mist or stun skills, however I think that's more due to my personal preference in play style than any particular lack of power inherent in those abilities... They strike me as more "commit to a fight" skills than "nuke and run" which is how I like to play (maybe I should be TB/Reg :P)

Yeah take it easy on si1foo guys, I'm pretty sure there is a form of dyslexia that inhibits you from reading what you've written and it gets worse when you're upset. I think he's gotten the point that we like clearer wording and we appreciate it if he takes a bit of extra time with his posts so no need to beat him up over it, maybe just drop the subject now

so combining those three graphs I'd say erebus starts off with fairly poor survivability in terms of ability to soak hits, which would be a combination of armour and regen,and with middle of the road hp (3rd out of 6 demigods) His regen from his base stats remains middle of the road throughout the game, his hp remains fairly close to oak, his armour gets a lot better, making him more survivable fairly rapidly, but he's still not really able to tank out any fights until level 11/12.&nb

As you can see, erebus does NOT have the best armor, and only really starts to come out on top of the armor pile from levels 10-20. Stay tuned for more graphs including hps and max hp, maybe even mana and mps

While more variety in demigod skill paths would be nice, I'd personally be more interested in more useful citadel upgrades. As is mentioned in several places, there's really only three that are more or less universally accepted as good (not counting the re-inforcement line)

Dang. The big problem I have with the damage reduction at the higher levels is that it was always my "save it until you get the insta kill" move, as enemy demigods would frequently be unaware how close they really were to death. Maybe it's time for me to try a different demigod... I hear UB is pretty good :P

While I agree with the gist of what you're saying there proximity, that simple math call on the DPS, well it ignores a lot of extra factors... well ok, 2 factors Minions and powers. both of these can change DPS substantially and while it's possible to do a worst case / best case assessment, doing a proper risk assessment on the use of powers and minions is probably not just basic addition
